TinBu Receives Trademark Registration From United States Patent And Trademark Office

Technology company's interactive content platform with integrated revenue generation has several patents pending in the U.S. and internationally.

TinBu, a leading provider of interactive content featuring integrated revenue generation, is pleased to announce they have been granted trademark protection from the United States Patent and trademark Office for the mark TINBU effective January 27, 2009.
 
"TinBu has made a significant commitment to protecting our intellectual property, and the approved registration of the trademark for our company name "TinBu" is part of that commitment," said John Brier, TinBu's CEO.  "In addition to filing for trademark registration we have made substantial investments in filing for patent protection of our technology and business models in the United States, as well as in Canada, the EU, Asia, and Latin America," added Brier. The registered mark TINBU covers two classes as described by the United States Patent and Trademark Office as described below:
 
International Class 038:  Providing electronic exchange of interactive data stored in databases accessible via telecommunications networks.
 
International Class 042:  Application services provider featuring software for collecting, processing, developing and managing application, software, internet sites, and databases in the field of interactive content generation for transmitting and distributing to thirds party sites, hand held computers, laptops, and mobile electronic devices to increase traffic and application utilization.
 
TinBu's patent-pending technology has been used to build and roll out a growing list of interactive content channels. These content channels, in areas such as weather, lottery, stocks, horoscopes, U.S. mortgage rates, celebrity entertainment, flight tracking, fitness videos, games, recipes, swimsuit models, and more are being used by 1000's of Web sites around the world.
