NFL News: Kurt Warner Looking to Play Two More Years

Kurt Warner has reportedly said he wants to return to the Arizona Cardinals next year and his agent said the free-agent quarterback was looking to play at least two more seasons before retiring.

Warner was a major factor in the Cardinals’ improbable run to the Super Bowl and Arizona immediately expressed a desire to bring the 38-year-old back. While Arizona fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers in the final game there are many who believe the pieces are there for the Cardinals to return next year.

With Warner coming back the Cardinals could entice wide receiver Anquan Boldin to remain with the club. Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald make up arguably the best wide receiver tandem in the NFL and with Warner at quarterback the offense is among the most explosive in the league.
