Cairo Bomb Blast Kills at least One, Several Left Injured

At last one person has died and several more left injured after a bomb exploded in a popular tourist area of Cairo, Egypt.

According to reports a bomb was thrown from a motorbike as it was passing a café in the Khan al-Khalili area of Cairo. The cafe had been packed by French tourists at the time and the one dead was said to be a French citizen. Other reports have suggested at least four people were killed in the attack.

A second bomb that failed to detonate was discovered by police and the area has been sealed off by investigators.

There have been no claims of responsibility for the attack.
