Body of Sabrina Pina Found in Houston

The body of a woman found in a ditch has been identified as that of Sabrina Pina, who disappeared from a Houston, Texas department store Saturday.

There are little details on Pina’s disappearance and death. The 27-year-old was last seen around 1:30 pm at a Sonic. She had frequently talked with her husband, Edward Pina, throughout the day as she shopped in the Willowbrook area.

After she did not show up for dinner plans, Edward called her parents. Family, friends and church members quickly organized a search. Her SUV was found locked with shopping bags inside in the parking lot of Kohl’s department store, about a mile and a half from her home.

Pina was found shot to death in a ditch about 18 miles from the Kohl’s.
