San Antonio Company Launches milliamp.com

iPod and iPhone repairs are now available at the recently-launched milliamp.com

As promised, Milliamp LTD has just launched the much-anticipated website milliamp.com, complete with new branded logo, but with the same excellent service the San Antonio-based company has been providing for more than four years.

"We love the new look and feel of our website milliamp.com, and it makes the whole iPod and iPhone repair process easy to understand.", explained Anthony Magnabosco, the owner of the company.

There are a dizzying aray of Apple devices that need repairs these days, and the new websites make a solid attempt at trying to present the different models in a simple and clear manner.  The graphics on the site are bold and clear, and have been taken by a professional photographer, and then rendered by a professional graphic designer.

"We wanted to find the right balance between being informative while at the same time, offering an attractive presentation.", continued Magnabosco.  And the site seems to do this - useful navigation right to each iPod and iPhone model, and a useful flash animation to greet visitors on the home page.

The new site explains the repair process for getting an iPod or iPhone fixed, and all the affordable options available, in a clear and consistent manner.  You can use your own method of shipping to get your device to the folks at milliamp.com, or you have them email you a shipping label to affix to your own packaging.

"The repair process takes a good few days to go through our system. Other companies rush the process, offering same-day service, but we have learned that you can't rush repairs, especially ones of such a delicate nature, and the post-repair testing process that we conduct is a big deal.", explained Magnabosco.  The company does move iPhone repairs through their shop a little faster, since many people can't live without their communication device for very long.

The San Antonio-based company has added another video to the web, this one showing their new signage going up.  Walk-ins are welcome, or simply place your order on their website.
