ACO Team Grows to West Virginia

The American Cornhole Organization Adds West Virginia to Its Cornhole Map

Eddie Beckner and Melody McCormick will represent the ACO team in Niles, West Virginia. They are hoping to take over the entire state of West Virginia for the ACO in the near future. "We are extremely excited about this energetic team and are looking forward to visiting their bar & grill very soon," said Frank Geers President of American Cornhole, LLC.

Castaways Bar & Grill is nestled in the City of Nitro, West Virginia. The beach atmosphere is representative of its name. You can definitely castaway your cares and worries at Castaways Bar & Grill. Along with a wide variety of reasonably priced food, they are famous for their burgers and wings. And now with American Tournament Series Boards and Cornhole Bags on the menu cornhole will be a top pick as well. Cornhole is definitely attracting attention with a variety of patrons. Barefoot, high heels, male and female, young and old, cornhole is catching on at Castaways Bar & Grill.

Eddie Beckner the owner of this hot little cornhole establishment is proud to be the West Virginia ACO representative. Eddie said his sales started to climb when he added cornhole to the mix but when his cornhole ad showed up in Places to Play Cornhole on the CornholePlayers.com site his sales took off. Cornhole is a great addition, Eddie said.

Eddie and Melody built Castaways last summer. An outside deck attached to the old barnwood building was the original cornhole pitch place. As the cooler weather quickly approached, the loyal customers would drag in torpedo heaters put them on the deck, "pitch" in for kerosene, extra lighting, or any other necessary extreme so that they could continue to feed their newest addiction, Cornhole - American Cornhole. One Saturday Eddie and his fellow cornholios got together, and by the end of the weekend, the deck was extended and covered. Sorry Mother Nature, but regardless of what you throw their way now…Game On!
