A fatal crash which occurred on I-5 freeway near Disneyland Drive in Anaheim, California resulted in a DUI arrest. The accident happened around 12:45 Monday morning.
A 28 year old man was injured in crash and was taken to a local hospital where he later died of his injuries. The driver was a 28 year old female, who was also taken to the hospital with serious injuries and will be charged with DUI, which will require the representation of a competent DUI attorney.
The California Highway patrol said that a pick-up truck driven by the woman was traveling at a high rate of speed when it clipped another car’s left rear bumper. The truck continued to travel down the road where it skidded off of the lanes down a steep dirt embankment. The truck then struck a bridge and spun around several times in the southbound lanes. Only the occupants of the truck were injured.
The name of the driver hasn’t been released to the public.
