“The units in the west are put on the roofs,” explains Close. “A lot of the systems we have, especially among our residential, are on the top of the roof. Doing these jobs requires a crane to lift the equipment because the equipment is too heavy to carry down.”
Typically a company would have to contract a crane company. That company would then schedule their crane to be used by the air conditioning company a week or 10 days later. If Gibson Air gets to your house at 9:00 am they can have your system installed by 8:00pm that night. They can provide same day service.
Gibson Air’s commercial business is focused on preventative maintenance, providing clients with replacement needs or repair needs of existing equipment. This can include everything from heating and cooling systems for housing situations and churches to chillers for large warehouses that require cooling systems for their storage areas.
