The
Boston Celtics will likely be without their All-Star forward Kevin Garnett for
at least another week according to head coach Doc Rivers.
Rivers
said that while Garnett is now running and feeling better the team will
continue to list him as day-to-day while he rehabs his strained right knee.
Garnett
injured the knee in a game against the Utah Jazz on Feb. 19 after going up for
an alley-oop.
Without
their vocal leader the Celtics have posted a 4-2 record and are now one game
behind the Cleveland Cavaliers for the number one seed in the Eastern
Conference playoffs. The two teams will meet on Friday night.
