Remote Backup Systems Announces Extended Support Hours

Remote Backup Systems, developer of the RBackup and Mercury OEM Online Backup platforms, today announced that it has extended its tech support hours. Tech Support will now be available from 9AM US Central Time to 9:30PM.

 

“With our release of the Mercury platform, we saw a need for second tier support later in the evening,” explained Rob Cosgrove, CEO, “So, we are making our support department available to all of our customers, including those using RBackup.”
