Calvo’s exploits have carried over into the publishing field as well where she has recently released her first cookbook, Maximum Flavor, a guide to the Slow Food Movement and recipes that adhere to this philosophy.
As owner of Terra Dolci Corp., the Johnson and Wales graduate markets and distributes her culinary products, Maximum Flavor Essentials. Calvo is a member of the American Culinary Federation, the International Association of Culinary Professionals, and is the creator of the World Food Movement as well as the YCCC - Young Chefs Cooking for a Cure, a fundraising movement for cancer research.
