XRM (eXecutive Relationship Management) is the web-based engine that ENDEXX's Visual Board Books 2.0 service uses to provide corporate governance professionals with best-practice applications, transparency, tools, and modules for real-time executive communications and document management.
XRM provides the most versatile platform in the industry today, with SAS 70 type II security, the most secure hosted environment available. Visual Board Books service is a per user priced business model, allowing corporations to implement the system affordably and expand its scope over time. The system is powerful and flexible enough to offer corporations subsidiary management demands as well, under the XRM web based engine.
