Pennsylvania arrested for 4th DUI since January

A man was arrested in Kinston, Pennsylvania late Tuesday night, police records showed that this was his fourth arrest for intoxicated driving since January.

Anthony Trotta, 24, was stopped by police after he ran through a red light at Wyoming Ave. and Market St. He produced a passport as his driver’s license. Police also allege he had a small amount of marijuana in his possession and placed him under arrest. An experienced DUI attorney has the needed skills to defend a person with an intoxicated driving arrest.

Trotta refused a blood alcohol test. While in custody, he purposely urinated on the floor of the Kingston Police Department.

For this incident, Trotta was charged for DUI, driving with a suspended driver’s license, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance.

He had a warrant out for his arrest because he failed to appear in court for a January DUI arrest. At that time his blood alcohol content was .211, well over the legal limit of .088 in Pennsylvania. Trotta also had a January DUI arrest in Nanticoke where he had a BAC of .234 and .157 in June 2011. Repeat DUI offenders generally face time in jail and tough penalties, only a qualified DUI lawyer has the ability to properly represent a person facing multiple charges.

Whether a person has one DUI charge or multiple charges, the only chance of getting amnesty from the courts relies on the defense of a proficient DUI attorney
