Scottsdale’s home for sports fans will also be the home of
the August 4 weigh-in for a highly anticipated fight card for Bad Boy Fight
Night.
The much-anticipated Bad Boy Fight Night event, which includes boxing, mixed
martial arts, and the first bare-knuckle boxing match since 1889, will take
place on August 5, at 8 p.m., at Fort McDowell Casino.
Scotland’s Bobby Gunn, a former world champion, will fight in the bare knuckle
event and will be at Max Sports Grille on August 4 for the weigh-in.
“To have someone of Gunn’s stature at Max Sports Grille will be a real thrill
for our customers and fight fans,” said Kacy Smith, manager of Max Sports
Grille. “We’re looking forward to a large crowd to watch the weigh-in.”
The evening will include several boxing and mixed martial arts matches at Fort
McDowell Casino’s Hexagon and will feature former IBC International and WBF

match since 1889.
