James Shoecraft, a native of Dallas, Texas, and an alum of SMU undergraduate and law school, has been a Dallas based attorney since 1965 and has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization continually since 1987. In addition to being Of Counsel to Wilson Trosclair & Lovins, Jim Shoecraft has been the sole owner and chief trial attorney with the Attorney's Offices of James W. Shoecraft, P.C., since 1988, where he represents individuals and Dallas families in an assortment of personal injury matters including auto accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice cases, and workplace injuries, just to name a few. In addition to being a trial lawyer that has handled over 10,000 cases, James Shoecraft is also certified as a general and family law mediator by the State of Texas. True to his roots as a trial attorney, Mr. Shoecraft remains an active member of the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, a group he proudly represented in the past as its director.
