Actress Aasha Daivs Reports Sister Missing, Police Seek Help

Police are seeking help from the public in finding the sister of actress Aasha Davis. Police say Lesley Herring went missing six weeks ago following an argument with her husband, Lyle Herring.

Davis, who has recurring roles on Friday Night Lights and South of Nowhere, reported Herring missing after learning her sister hadn’t been to work. “She (Lesley) is a creature of habit. And that is why her disappearance is so alarming to us,” Davis said at a news conference.

Detective Chris Gable said Lyle Herring had not fully cooperated with authorities in his wife’s disappearance but insisted he is not considered a suspect. “I would describe his cooperation as fragmented and less than helpful, not someone I would expect as a grieving husband,” Gable said.
