Miss Montana Jennifer Hepner Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

Miss Montana Jennifer Hepner has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence. The 23-year-old was pulled over January 3. She refused to submit to a breathalyzer or blood test.

Hepner’s license has been suspended and her Miss Montana duties were suspended February 16. Hepner will retain her crown until the next Miss Montana is determined in a pageant on June 20.

Hepner pleaded not guilty to the DUI charge on Wednesday. She is fighting the license suspension. She has not commented on the charge.
