Denver, Colorado Covered by Snowstorm, Airport Cancels Hundreds of Flights

Denver, Colorado has been hit by a major spring snowstorm and forecasters are predicting up to two feet of snow by Friday.

The sudden snowstorm shut down schools across Colorado as much of the state has been placed on a blizzard warning while the remainder of the state has been issued a winter storm warning.

As a result of the weather Denver’s airport has cancelled hundreds of flights while roads and highways across the state have been littered with accidents that have caused six serious injuries.
