Gloria Allred: Put Nadya Suleman Octuplets in Foster Care

Angels in Waiting lawyer Gloria Allred says Nadya Suleman’s octuplets need to be placed in foster care as the single mother of 14 is not consistently caring for them.

Allred phoned in to Ryan Seacrest’s radio show Thursday and attacked Suleman, claiming when Angles in Waiting were helping care for the babies Suleman was often out of the nursery and shopping.

“I definitely thing the babies should be placed in foster care, so they can have the consistent care that they need to have, that they are not getting from their mother,” Allred told Seacrest.

The battle between Suleman and Allred was sparked after the single mom fired Angels in Waiting, claiming they were “spying” on her.  

“Of the 102 hours Angels in Waiting were in her home, Nadya only spend about eight hours in the nursery,” Allred claims. “Much of the time she’s out shopping and when she returns she rarely stops in the nursery to see the babies or ask about how they are doing.”

After firing AIW, Suleman hired several nannies. Four of the octuplets are currently still in a Kaiser Permanente hospital in Bellflower, where they have been since their birth in January. The other four are at Suleman’s new home with her 6 older children.
