NBC Newsman Irving R Levine Dies at 87

Former NBC newsman Irving R. Levine died Thursday. He was 86. No details about his death were released.

Levine discussed economics on NBC news beginning in 1950. He retired in 1995.

Levine covered overseas assignments in Moscow and Rome. He did weekly commentaries on CNBC and appeared on ‘Meet the Press’ over 100 times.
