About SBA 8(a) and Pure Air Control Services SBA # 108126: Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, as amended, authorizes SBA to contract for goods and services with federal agencies. To speed up the award process, the SBA has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with 25 Federal agencies allowing them to contract directly with certified 8(a) firms.
