SuperCamp announced today that families who enroll one or more children in any of its academic summer camps in the month of April will receive special Extra Credit savings that can amount to hundreds of dollars in value.

The savings apply to all of SuperCamp's middle school camps and teen summer camps and include a lifetime tuition guarantee at 2009 pricing, additional savings when enrolling with a sibling or with a friend, a free teen support book for parents written by SuperCamp president Bobbi DePorter, a 20 product savings and a referral program that earns families a $200 rebate on 2010 tuition for each referral.

These summer camp savings will end on April 30, so parents who want to take advantage of this unique opportunity need to act soon. A complete run down of these savings and of the summer camp schedule is available at the summer enrichment camp website.

SuperCamp helps students succeed in school and life. There is no getting around the fact that the competition to get into the best colleges hinges on getting better grades than the majority of other high school students. Whether it means moving from C's and D's to B's or from B's to A's, higher grades contribute to student success. A higher GPA used to be a 3.8 or 3.9. Now, with AP classes, a higher GPA is more like a 4.4 or 4.5.

SuperCamp helps all students with their college prep and their ability to achieve better grades by teaching them a number of Quantum Learning skills, which improve everything from reading speed and reading comprehension to problem solving and creative writing.

Higher grades are not an accident. They are the result a disciplined approach to school and SuperCamp helps with that, as well, through our life skills training, which increases student success through improved motivation and confidence. The bottom line: a better GPA, more confidence, greater motivation equals success in college and a brighter future!

So, while results is not a word one associates with summer camp, it's what parents have come to expect when they send their kids and teens to SuperCamp. Quantitative studies with over 6,000 SuperCamp graduates have shown that 73 percent of graduates achieve a higher GPA following SuperCamp. Testimonials from SuperCamp grads and parents of grads confirm that SuperCamp's learning skills provide meaningful help with grades. The results chart is available on the SuperCamp home page.
