Women’s Nutrition – Four Fast and Fabulous Foods

Prograde Nutrition reveals foods to jazz up your women’s nutrition plan

Jayson Hunter of Prograde Nutrition reveals four fast and fabulous foods for women’s nutrition. He believes that eating healthy is one of the best ways to take care of yourself and those who depend on you. Women’s nutrition plans must include the unique needs of the female body over each different stage in her life.

Hunter explains, “Women have special dietary requirements during each stage of their lives. Adopting a healthy women’s nutrition plan increases your energy levels, this makes it easier to tackle the day-to-day responsibilities and improves your overall health over the different stages in your life”. He adds, “Being dedicated to a healthy women’s nutrition plan decreases the chances of developing obesity, heart disease, diabetes and cancer”.

Four fast and fabulous foods for your women’s nutrition plan:

1) High-fiber cereals – Every woman’s nutrition plan must include high-fiber cereals. Studies have shown that fiber helps prevent cancer. It also helps in cutting down calories. When you are food shopping, select a cereal with at least 6 grams of fiber per serving.

2) Fruits and nuts – Carry fruits and nuts with you to work – good source of vitamins and anti-oxidant protection.

3) Lean meats – Women’s nutrition plan should always include foods depending on how active you are. More active = more protein. Lean meats like turkey or pork are all good sources of protein.

4) Beans – Women’s nutrition plans should include foods which at times may not be exciting for your taste buds. Beans are considered a nutritional powerhouse, with multiple vitamins and minerals, and about 7-8 grams of fiber in every serving.

About Prograde Nutrition: Launched in April of 2007, Florida based Prograde Nutrition was created by two fitness professionals concerned with the lack of an ethical dietary supplement company for personal trainers to refer clients to. Prograde does not make its products available in any stores. Instead, customers can only find them online, or through fitness experts they term "Prograde Pros."

The success of the company is largely in part to the faith of the personal training community in the company's founders, Jim Labadie, Ryan Lee, Jayson Hunter and Sammy See.
