Tim Tebow Behind Kyle Orton on Broncos Depth Chart

A week after receiving encouraging tweets from LeBron James, Tim Tebow's name appeared on the Broncos roster as the number two quarterback behind Kyle Orton. As reported last week Orton had been taking the majority of his snaps with the first team while Tebow and third quarterback Brady Quinn split snaps with the second team.

While he is number two on the depth chart Tebow is still the most popular quarterback in Denver. His jersey remains one of the league's best sellers and the citizens of Denver still hope that he can be the same kind of quarterback as John Elway who brought them the Super Bowl in 1998.

When asked about Tebow's popularity with the fans Orton said, "Thank God the people don't make the decisions." He continued that he wants to win over his teammates and the coaches and his "last goal is to win over the fans."

The Broncos have their first preseason game at Dallas on Thursday night.
