Cree Inc (NASDAQ:CREE) is up 5.21% to $35.86 after the Company posted fourth quarter results. Profit was $19.8 million or 18 cents per share compared to net income of $52.8 million or 48 cents per share in the prior year period. Revenue declined 8% year over year to $243 million, beating the analyst expectations of $232 million.
