Boston
police have detained a man suspected of being the “Craigslist Killer” but have
not released any information regarding his name, age or hometown.
Last
Tuesday the body of Julissa Brisman was discovered in a hotel room at the Boston
Marriott Copley Place. Upon investigation police learned that Brisman, who was
from New York, had advertised her services as a masseuse on the popular classified
site craigslist. That piece of information was quickly used by the media and
they dubbed the murderer the “Craigslist Killer.”
Surveillance
video showed a white male that appeared to be in his 20s as a person of
interest and he was then linked to a robbery from last week at the Westin
Copley.
