3.8 Earthquake Hits Alabama Tuesday Morning

A 3.8 magnitude earthquake hit Alabama early this morning. The quake struck just southeast of Tuscaloosa around 5:30 a.m.

The epicenter was located 4 miles north of Centreville. The earthquake was about 3 miles below the earth’s surface. No damages, injuries or deaths have been reported.
