AccessRx.com is the First to Bear New Seal Used to Identify Safe & Secure Online Pharmacies

AccessRx.com is the first online pharmacy that has earned the right to display the new, official seal of Secure Medical, Inc.’s Certification Program.

Secure Medical is a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing company that provides HIPAA-compliant, secure data centers to online pharmacies that meet strict certification program requirements. For instance, the online pharmacy’s website support, doctors and pharmacies must all be located in the United States. The online pharmacy must provide only FDA-approved medications, and physicians/pharmacists must be available to speak with patients during business hours.

Secure Medical established the seal so that consumers can easily identify online pharmacies that are legitimately safe and secure. The ability to display the seal is being awarded by Secure Medical on a rolling basis as each online pharmacy passes a quarterly review to ensure it again meets Certification Program requirements. Also new at AccessRx.com is a visual depiction of the website’s product guarantee. Visitors can click on a blue button on the homepage that shares information about AccessRx’s FDA-approved, brand name medications. Also included is a warning about the dangers of counterfeit medications.
