For the third year running, both partners at Portland’s personal injury law firm Shulman DuBois LLC have been named as “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers magazine.
Fewer than 2.5% of Oregon attorneys are included on the list of “Rising Stars.” The fact that both Joshua Shulman and Sean DuBois have been recognized with this honor every year since the start of their practice in 2008 speaks to both attorneys’ dedication to getting justice and compensation for their clients.
Each year, fewer than 10 lawyers in Oregon are chosen as “Rising Stars” in the Personal Injury – Plaintiff category. The attorneys recognized must have been practicing law for under 10 years, or be age 40 and younger.
Shulman DuBois LLC is a young law firm by many standards, but the firm’s two attorneys both practiced solo for several years before joining forces and both have considerable experience fighting against insurance companies for their clients. Shulman DuBois LLC specializes in
personal injury law, especially auto accidents of all types, hit-and-run crashes, child injuries, animal bites, and assault.
Mr. Shulman and Mr. DuBois met while volunteering for the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and later realized they shared a commitment not only to the law, but to client care as well. Both attorneys have been published in Trial Lawyer Magazine, and are members of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
Super Lawyers annually selects lawyers from each state who have demonstrated a high degree of professional achievement and received peer recognition. The list is created using a state-wide survey, extensive research, and peer nominations by practice area.
