2) Eat more fruits and vegetables – Try to include about 3-4 servings of fruits and vegetables a day in your healthy weight loss diet plan. They contain a host of vitamins, minerals and fiber which are essential to your body to perform efficiently while you lose weight.

3) Eat early to lose weight – Try to eat your meal at least 2-3 hours before you sleep at night. This will ensure that your body has time to digest the foods properly before you sleep thereby preventing any excess fat storage.
