Registered dietitian Jayson Hunter reveals three super foods to include in your healthy weight loss diet. He believes that by eating certain foods one can actually lose weight in a healthy way.

Hunter explains, “A healthy weight loss diet does not mean having sprouts and salads at every meal. In fact, there are certain super foods which help the body burn calories and help you lose weight”. 1) Beans – Beans are an excellent source of protein, vitamins and fiber. Navy, white, kidney and lima beans all have fat burning qualities. Try to avoid baked and fried beans since they contain a lot of unhealthy fats.

2) Oatmeal – A healthy weight loss diet including oatmeal can not only taste good, and its got tons of fat burning qualities. You can add some fruits to your serving of oatmeal to make it taste even better.

3) Olive Oil – Not exactly a food, but foods made with olive oil contain good fats which the body needs. Including foods made with olive oil in your healthy weight loss diet helps you burn fat and keeps your cholesterol down.
