Leadership Development Program Teaches Success Skills for Administrators
The Quantum Learning for Administrators leadership development program is designed with a strong emphasis on the school administrator and effective leadership at the school level and as a strong instructional leader. The “QLA” program provides a framework for initiating positive change designed to increase teacher capacity and student achievement.
During the program, participants explore new definitions of leadership that include modeling, positive motivation, and ways in which to engage the local community in school initiatives. Participants identify specific distinctions between leadership and administration as well as how they affect one another. Administrators also learn systems thinking and discover how this model can be used to set empowering context within an organization, as well as the concept of durable or sustainable motivation and learn specific systemic leadership initiatives that are effective for raising the level of motivation in an entire organization.
Through historical perspective of the proven research results using Quantum Learning methods, administrators will gain great insight into why these philosophies work and how they have become successful. Participants learn the four Leadership Connections for improving the effectiveness of an educational organization, which include The Context Connection, The Cognitive Connection, The Character Connection, and the Classroom Connection, and much, much more.
Through the latest neuroscience and cognitive science discoveries, participants learn direct applications for upgrading education effectiveness, not only for students but for teachers as well.
