College Prep Should Include Improving Teens' Communication Skills

Parents are discovering that there is a lot more to college prep than an SAT or ACT score. Many students who interview with a college representative hurt their chances for acceptance by presenting poorly.

A new DVD course developed jointly by two recognized authorities in vocal training and youth achievement will help students master their communication skills and vocal power. The course is called Teen Vocal Power and Communication Skills and it is the creation of Arthur Samuel Joseph and Bobbi DePorter.

Mr. Joseph is a world leader in vocal training who has worked with countless broadcast industry professionals, corporate executives and actors, including Angelina Jolie and Pierce Brosnan.

Ms. DePorter, is the founder of SuperCamp, the leading learning and life skills college prep camp in the world. Her summer enrichment camps have helped over 50,000 students improve their communication and leadership skills, confidence and motivation.

This course contains over two hours of training on two DVDs and a CD-ROM study guide. It is designed to help students in their one-on-one interactions, group meetings, and presentations in front of any size audience.

More information on this innovative and valuable vocal training program is available at the teen summer camps website under Summer Camp 2009 Links. At the site, parents also can gain information on SuperCamp’s 2009 academic summer camps schedule.
