The BlackBerry Torch 9810 is simply a fantastic phone, by far one of the best RIM has launched. With it's higher resolution screen, much improved processor and snappy OS, I'm in love - and I've been using BlackBerries for years. Now that the Web browser and overall performance has improved via "liquid graphics", supported by inclusion of the 1.2 GHz processor and the graphics processor, I have a communication device that will serve my needs for the next few years. The Web browser
(I've dropped mine twice now, not a scratch) and a great keyboard. The few drawbacks shouldn't keep you from considering the 9810, whether you're new to BlackBerries, or are simply upgrading from another model.

Schott does her own backpack research online ahead of time, then lets her kids choose from the selection she gives them.
