Fire Starts at Historic Moulin Rouge Casino

Firefighters are battling a fire at the historic Moulin Rouge hotel and casino in Las Vegas. The vacant building caught fire around 11 a.m. No injuries have been reported.

The cause of the blaze is unclear. Moulin Rouge first opened in 1955 and was the first desegregated gambling hall in Las Vegas. It hosted many stars including Sammy Davis, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole.
