President Barack Obama to Attend White House Correspondents Dinner

President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama will be among the guests at Saturday night’s black-tie White House Correspondents Dinner at the Washington Hilton.

The annual dinner has been held since 1920 and was originally organized to recognize award-winners and present scholarships. It has since become more of an evening filled with comedy and skits that include a long list of celebrities.

Among the Hollywood elite expected to show on Saturday night: Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Kyra Sedgwick, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Colin Firth, Jimmy Fallon, Samuel L. Jackson, Kevin Bacon and Forest Whitaker.

Comedian Wanda Sykes will be the featured entertainer.
