Foundations Recovery Network announces the addition of their new outpatient addiction treatment services in Roswell, GA. Foundations Roswell provides dual diagnosis treatment to those individuals with substance use disorders who may also have co-occurring mental illnesses. The design of Foundations’ outpatient program serves as a step-down for patients transitioning from inpatient treatment, such as one of Foundations’ four residential programs, or for those patients who are seeking treatment early in their disease. The facility is licensed for both intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care.
Different from many other outpatient programs, Foundations uses a non-confrontational approach with patients. Recent research shows this to be an effective treatment modality.
“Many patients discover recovery at Foundations because we appreciate the reality of what is going on in their lives and meet them where they are,” said Roswell's Executive Director Jennifer Angier. “Our flexible schedules and comfortable setting create an atmosphere for healing.”
The facility has nationally recognized addiction psychiatrists, an addiction medicine pharmacist and masters-level trained addiction therapists on staff. In addition to dual diagnosis treatment, Foundations Roswell provides care management programming, substance use disorder evaluations and pre-trial intervention services also known as alternative sentencing.
Next month, the outpatient center will add its “Relief and Recovery” program. This is a compassionate and effective treatment service for those suffering with chronic pain and addiction.
