Titanic Stars Help Last Survivor Millvina Dean

The last living Titanic survivor is getting some help from stars who made a movie about the 1912 tragedy. ‘Titanic’ actors Leonardo Dicaprio and Kate Winslet along with director James Cameron have made a “considerable donation” to help Millvina Dean pay her mounting nursing home debts.

Dean was only 2 months old when the Titanic sank on April 14, 1912. Now, at 98, Dean is struggling to pay her bills. She broke her hip nearly 3 years ago, forcing her to seek help at a nursing him. After running out of money, Dean began selling Titanic mementos to raise money.
