Radio personality Rich Herrera, host of the pre- and postgame shows on the Rays Baseball Network, will be broadcasting LIVE from Downtown Clearwater’s Cleveland Street District on May 22nd at the 4th Friday Clearwater event from 5:30-10:30pm. The FREE event will be held at the 500 & 600 blocks of Downtown Clearwater, right on CLEVELAND STREET! There will be high-energy entertainment, street performances, inflatable games and TONS of give-a-ways. There will also be plenty of food, beer, wine, soft drinks as well as lots of parking.
The RAYS BASEBALL FOUNDATION, the official charity of the Tampa Bay Rays, is sponsoring a raffle to win a restored 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle donated by Rays pitcher Troy Percival. The Rays Baseball Foundation will be selling raffle tickets to their Summer Classic Car Raffle at 4th Friday where fans can win the 1970 classic!
The Miles for Hope Foundation is this event’s benefiting sponsor which means that all the proceeds from beer and wine sales go to the not-for-profit to help it continue its cause. Miles for Hope was founded September 2008. Their mission is to fund brain tumor research and to provide travel assistance to qualified brain tumor patients.
4th Friday Clearwater is a collaborative event spearheaded by the Clearwater Downtown Partnership.
