Headquarters of European Commission Evacuated after Fire

The headquarters of the European Commission in Brussels has been evacuated following a fire that was believed to have broken out in the building’s basement.

Hundreds of people were ushered out of the 18-floor building as thick smoke poured from its windows and roof but there have been no reports of injuries.

There have been no reports concerning what caused the blaze.
