Arizona Diamondbacks Scott Schoeneweis wife passed away

We are sad to report that the Scott Schoeneweis' wife passed away. Scott is a pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks.  She was found dead at her home on Wednesday, by her 14 year old daughter.   As of right now the cause of death is not determined. Scott’s wife Gabrielle was 39 years old.

A team spokesman said a team spokesman said Schoeneweis left when the team was playing a doubleheader in Florida on Wednesday night, and was returning to Phoenix.  We hope Schoeneweis gets through this rough time.
