Money saving website DiscountVouchers.co.uk - the online resource which offers deals redeemable at more than 800 retailers - has announced that it has doubled its database of subscribers in just the last nine months.

The website now boasts over 5.2 million registered users and also enjoys around 10,000 new customers who sign up on a daily basis. DiscountVouchers.co.uk also reports that its site enjoys in excess of 150,000 unique visitors every day.

Managing director Doug Scott says: “We are justifiably proud of these figures and they show that we are providing a valuable and much sought after service to the UK's consumers. Site users are not just browsing the many offers we have available, they are signing up in their thousands and then coming back for more on a regular basis.”

Since launching in 2009 the site has helped customers save over £3.8 million and has generated revenues in excess of £25 million in the 12 months to August 2011. The site features more than 500 new deals every day from over 3000 retailers including Marks&Spencer, House of Fraser, Lastminute.com and Sainsbury’s.
