100 Skulls, Other Remains Found in Indian Pond

Nearly 100 human skulls and other partial remains were found in a dried-up pond in northern India. The pond is near a state-controlled mortuary and police believe the remains may be from corpses thrown into the water after autopsies because no one claimed the bodies.

Aligarh city police chief Maan Singh Chauhan believes the dumping of bodies went on for almost 2 decades.

The discovery is being investigated.
