Can a Good Men’s Nutrition Plan Help Prevent Osteoporosis!

Prograde Nutrition reveals the untold link between men’s nutrition and osteoporosis

Jayson Hunter of Prograde Nutrition reveals the link between a healthy men’s nutrition plan and the prevention of osteoporosis. He thinks that is important to spread awareness among men about osteoporosis, a disease that weakens bones and leaves them brittle. He further feels that a balanced men’s nutrition plan can help cope with the causes of osteoporosis that are in our control.  Though osteoporosis is prevalent in women don’t think it can’t happen to a man.  It poses a significant threat to more than 2 million men in the United States alone.

Hunter says, “Prevention is the best treatment, and the way to prevent this is by having a good quality men’s nutrition plan. Most men don’t know what osteoporosis is until they have it”. He adds, “Frequent fractures of the hip, back, and wrist may pose problems that old people worry about, but bone loss can begin at an early age. It is important that you follow a good men’s nutrition plan to keep your bones healthy and strong”.

Majority of cases of osteoporosis in men are caused by factors that can be controlled through a good men’s nutrition plan.

Here are some basic men’s nutrition tips which can help prevent osteoporosis:

1) Calcium – Include about 500-1000 mg of calcium in your diet on a daily basis. Calcium is great for the bones.

2) Reduce drinking - Alcohol works against any men’s nutrition plan by interfering with body's ability to absorb calcium and decreases bone formation. Drinking, if not kept in control, can become one of the most common risk factors for osteoporosis.

3) Regulate your eating habits – Men with irregular eating habits are at a higher risk of loss of bone mass in their hips, wrist, and lower backs. Following a good men’s nutrition plan can help you get back on track with your eating habits.

About Prograde Nutrition: Launched in April of 2007, Florida based Prograde Nutrition was created by two fitness professionals concerned with the lack of an ethical dietary supplement company for personal trainers to refer clients to. Prograde does not make its products available in any stores. Instead, customers can only find them online, or through fitness experts they term "Prograde Pros."

The success of the company is largely in part to the faith of the personal training community in the company's founders, Jim Labadie, Ryan Lee, Jayson Hunter and Sammy See.
