Online cigar store Gotham Cigars was thrilled to earn the 2011 Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award that recognizes online retailers who have provided exceptional online customer experiences as rated by the companies own customers at checkout.

The Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award is an annual award that recognized only 84 online retailers in 2011 that represented 1.7% of all online retailers within the Bizrate Insights North American Retailer Network.
