Israel Not Planning Unilateral Military Action Against Iran According to Foreign Minister

Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman has stated that there are no plans to take unilateral military action taken against Iran despite their neighbor’s apparent efforts to secure nuclear weapons.

While Lieberman said there were no plans for an attack Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not rule out the possibility of force, calling Iran “a threat to the entire world order” and stating they cannot be allowed to secure or develop nuclear arms.

Iran has insisted their nuclear program, including its uranium enrichment program, has been for peaceful purposes but that assertion has been doubted by many in the international community.
