Los Angeles police arrested actor Tom Sizemore early Tuesday morning at a downtown apartment building, RadarOnline.com reports. Officers were conducting a narcotics investigation involving a parolee at the apartment complex when they came across Sizemore and discovered he had an outstanding arrest warrant for misdemeanor battery. Sizemore was taken into custody around 1:15 a.m. He was booked at 3 a.m. and bail was set at $26,000.
Sizemore, 49, has not commented. The Saving Private Ryan star is no stranger to arrests and legal trouble. He has been arrested multiple times on drug charges and was convicted of assault and battery against “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss in 2003.
Sizemore is set to star next on the CBS hit show Hawaii Five-O. He is also set to star alongside Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Mickey Rourke and Bruce Willis in The Expendables 2.
