Brac Systems Inc. is pleased with this first sale to Garden Homes, who are a community and custom home, office, retail and industrial property real estate construction company dedicated to providing old world craftsmanship with modern luxury features and conveniences.

Brac Systems Inc. (BAAD - OPEN MARKET - Frankfurt Stock Exchange) today announced the sale of a greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting system to Garden Homes, Ontario, Canada.

Brac Systems Inc. is pleased with this first sale to Garden Homes, who are a community and custom home, office, retail and industrial property real estate construction company dedicated to providing old world craftsmanship with modern luxury features and conveniences. An Energy Star construction company, Garden Homes utilizes the latest building innovations and elegant architectural designs and are committed to showcasing the importance of water conservation.

Greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting system are not merely for the commercial market, which usually gains the majority of attention, said Chris Thompson of Project Innovations and Brac Systems Inc. Ontario Distributor. Mr. Thompson is not only experienced with all Brac Systems Inc.'s products including residential, semi-commercial and commercial greywater recycling systems and rainwater harvesting systems but is also an in-demand keynote speaker for trade shows and seminars. He also has a real understanding of the industry in which he serves. When real estate construction companies such as Garden Homes become involved in purchasing these types of systems, it confirms the belief that products on the market for conservation of water are becoming accepted as common place.

John Bell, President of HTO Water Technologies who is well known for his various television appearances including hosting HGTV/Discovery Channel?s World's Greenest Homes oversaw this project as Brac Systems representative for the Greater Toronto Area. This project highlights the commitment required and shown by construction companies to be at the forefront of water conservation initiatives. Single residential homes to whole communities can be built with environmentally friendly greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting systems from conception. New home-owners will be able to use and embrace this technology without renovation or additional expenditure from day one.

The Garden Homes project in Richmond Hill will utilize a greywater recycling system to collect, filter, disinfect and store greywater ready for redistribution to the toilets with a rainwater harvesting system responsible for landscape irrigation. A major driving force behind the design of the Garden Homes project was to increase energy efficiency while reducing its overall environmental impact. The project is expected to receive a Leadership in Energy Efficient Design (LEED) silver certification once construction is complete. The LEED certification is an important international benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings in which Brac Systems Inc.'s products are continually chosen.

The completed project will blend a combination of traditional appearance with modern construction techniques while respecting the natural environment in which the development resides, concluded Mr. Bell.
