Teacher Workshop for Academic Achievement Scheduled for Oceanside, California in June
Quantum Learning Network, the worldwide leader in student academic and life achievement and parent company of SuperCamp, a leading academic summer camp worldwide, has announced their June 2009 Quantum Learning for Teachers Public Workshop at the QLN Campus in Oceanside, California, from June 22 – 26.
During the five day professional development program, teachers learn key strategies to increase student achievement. They master powerful ways to motivate their students, create an engaging brain-compatible learning environment, learn how to use music in the classroom to enhance academic results, deliver effective presentations and elicit more participation, design dynamic lessons and implementation plans, and more.
Teachers trained in the proven research-based Quantum Learning methods learn the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of instruction from top academic facilitators who model effective QL classroom methods throughout the workshop. Teachers gain from the program tools they understand and know how to use in their classrooms. As a result, students with QL teachers attain higher achievement levels and gain improved attitudes toward learning. Quantum Learning brings fun and passion back into teaching.
Educators who have experienced Quantum Learning have more fun, infuse more passion, and get significantly better student results than their peers. More than 40,000 teachers agree that Quantum Learning is the educational model that sparks the genius in every child as they prepare to excel in an ever-changing world.
Today, Quantum Learning has had a positive impact on student achievement in 18 schools in four states; 100 percent of teachers report being more effective, and after Quantum Learning, students’ grades increased by 35 percent.
Teachers may choose to sign up for one individual day or as many workshops as they would like up to the full five. Tuition for the workshops cost $145 per full day, or $625 for the full five days which will save the participant $100 versus the daily rate.
