Registered dietician, Jayson Hunter reveals some of the most effective healthy weight loss tips to help you with your weight loss goals. 2) Increase water intake – Ensure that you drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day. This combined with smaller more frequent meals will ensure that you can boost your metabolism and control hunger at the same time.

 

3) Cut back on processed and packaged foods – The most important healthy weight loss tip is to make sure you eat healthy foods. Eating processed and pre-packaged foods loaded with fats and other preservatives will not help you achieve your weight loss goals.
